Hello!
Welcome to the Wiki site dedicated to uncovering the practice of students' learning using mobile technologies and social networking conventions and applications.
What I hope this site will do is open a debate on how students' experience and practice of learning is changing with the advent of web 2.0 technologies and multiple channels of information dissemination. I hope we can uncover some of the ways students are using non-classroom technology to learn and maybe even discern how students are learning.. what strategies they are developing in interface with specific technologies. Who knows we may even be able to formulate an innovative pedagogy around the findings of this collaborative research. The wiki was chosen as it allows for and encourages collaboration - I hope everyone can add their ideas and develop a debate on this critical issue here. Add your views to the Forum! At the moment there is no plan to publish a paper, but its always a possibility and if you would like to be included as a co-author please let us know.
